CD Description

Pendulum made one of the biggest breakthroughs of the 2000s with their hit album In Silico. Description

‘Brothers’ is blues-rock duo Black Key’s sixth studio release which follows their critically acclaimed album ‘Attack And Release’. Their bluesy-garage rock sound, often compared with contemporaries White Stripes and The Kills, has been rekindled here with pounding drums, distorted riffs and howling, soulful vocals. Together since their teenage years, drummer Patrick Carney explains that the title ‘Brothers’ came after trials of their relationship and how the creative focus of the album reflects that withstanding spirit.

CD Description

Save Me, San Francisco, from Grammy Award-winning band Train, contains the new summer anthem, “Hey, Soul Sister” and is the multi-platinum-selling band’s fifth studio album hearkening back to the band’s early days in the mid-‘90s, when they first formed in the city by the bay. CD Description

The third album proper from James Murphy’s LCD Soundsystem follows 2007′s warmly received ‘Sounds Of Silver’. Musicallyinspired by late 1970′s David Bowie, ‘This Is Happening’ also has artwork that directly references Bowie’s classic 1979album ‘Lodger’. The record retains Murphy’s idiosyncratic sense of humour and includes the single ‘Drunk Girls’.
